Title: Chef Visa Sponsorship

Occupation: Chef (ANZSCO 351311)

Salary: $76,515 – 85,000 plus super

Hours: Full time

Location: Scoresby Victoria - Multiple venues across Melbourne, VIC.

Experience Required: min 1 year in a relevant role

Visa Sponsorship: Nomination for temporary work visa and/or Permanent Residency will be considered for eligible candidates.

Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include

· preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies

· planning menus and estimating food and labour costs

· monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation

· discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff

· explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations

· assisting with the training of staff
